A huge part of learning how to love yourself is learning how to forgive yourself.
Feeling guilty will not help you to move forward.
Take action, it’s time to forgive yourself.
If we have nothing else in common, I know that we’ve all been hurt before. Some of us would rather not admit it, but it’s true. Nobody likes to talk about their pain- for obvious reasons. Pain makes us feel bad and most of us would rather not go there. So how do we forgive others? It’s easier said than done.
