Coconut Oil
If you know me in real life, like face to face everyday regular Rochelle real life, then you know that I most definitely LOVE coconut oil. I started adding coconut oil into my diet during the Spring of 2010. With coconut oil and raw foods combined, I lost 30 lbs in about 3 months. There were no special gimmicks or tricks and there was definitely no starvation involved lol and the only thing I did for exercise was walking. That’s pretty darn cool if you ask me. Read about the benefits of coconut oil in this blog post. Find out what it’s done for me, and what it could do for you.
Avocados
Have I ever told you that I love avocacdos? Well I do. Passionately. And sometimes I think that avocados love me too lol. Just kidding. Ok let’s get straight to the point. Avocados are extremely good for you. Super healthy. Super delicious. Super easy to prepare.
Read this article on the health benefits of avocado. There’s no need to be afraid of natural, healthy fats.
Aloe Vera
There are many supplements available on the market. My advice is to get your aloe gel from the plant. Not only is it less expensive, but its also more natural. Out of all the natural healing foods that I’ve tried, aloe vera is by far the most powerful. I’m not here to sell you aloe products, so you don’t have to worry about that. I’m just here to tell you the truth about what I’ve seen in my own life.

Raw Honey
The world is a sugary place, isn’t it?
I usually try to avoid the sugar debate
because people always get so passionate
about the type of natural sweetners they choose
and why their choice is best.
Everyone thinks their personal choice is best.
So if you haven’t made a choice yet,
I don’t blame you for having questions.
Hopefully this blog post will answer some of your questions
as we discuss the benefits of raw honey.
