The Benefits of Cellercise.
Everyone who knows me in real life has heard me talking about this. If you and I are friends on Facebook or if you follow me on Twitter then you’ve probably heard me talking about it too. It’s my Cellereciser
In the last blog post, Don’t excercise. Cellercise, I rattled off a long list of benefits toward the end. Feel free to refer back to it if you like. Today we’re gonna break down some of the basic concepts as to why and how the Cellerciser is able to do so much good. Get ready because once you understand the basics of why Cellercising is so healthy, it could totally blow your mind.
The health benefits of rebounding on a quality unit like the Cellerciser are almost countless. The basic principle behind it all is this. When you rebound, you are exercising at the cellular level. Exercise no longer has to be about working one body part at a time. When you cellercise, every single cell inside of you flexes over and over again all at the same time with every jump you take.
Have you ever thought about the fact that cells don’t actually get old? No matter your physical age, cells have the ability to replace themselves, which is super cool. Unfortunately, although cells do not get old, they do get weak. The good news is your cells can be strengthened. And when you strengthen your cells, well… you strengthen your entire body! You have over 75 trillion cells inside of you. If your cells get healthy, wouldn’t it make sense that your body would then be healthy too?
For years we’ve been taught to believe that in order to build muscle or gain strength we have to apply weight or stress over and over to the same body part in order to get that body part to be stronger. The reason why there are so many exercise machines on the market today is because the entire fitness industry is built on the basic principle that stress x repetition = strength. I’m not trying to tell you that the principle above is false. It’s a proven fact, and it works.
The major issue with stress x repetition = strength is that marketing companies have taken that concept, dumped it in a box, and packaged it in such a way that its function actually limits the body from achieving the optimal level of health. If you lift weights to gain strength, you have to work on one muscle group at a time. That in and of itself is limiting because it takes a good amount of time to work the entire body. It’s also very difficult to get any kind of aerobic exercise while you’re lifting weights. A whole separate routine of exercise is typically required to get that in, which also takes more time. Plus, there is also the issue of dealing with the damaging affects of high impact exercise. Don’t get me started on the whole concept of “no pain no gain.” Dare I say that we’ve all been brainwashed?
Why should we have to tear the body down in order to build it back up? Is that natural? Does that even make sense? That’s like saying you can’t achieve success in life unless you screw up first. I disagree with that concept on so many levels. Yes, it’s true we often fall before we fly, but falling is NOT a REQUIREMENT for reaching your goals. Anyhow, i’m starting to preach, let’s get back to exercise. You do NOT have to tear down your muscles in order to build them up. Period.
The difference between the cellerciser and every other piece of exercise equipment in your home or gym is this. Instead of lifting weights away from gravity to apply stress to the muscle, the cellerciser actually increases the weight of gravity at the bottom of every bounce, and the force or the weight of gravity is what is applied to the body. That’s pretty darn cool if you ask me. Also take into account that there is the force of acceleration and the force of deceleration every time you jump. The weight of those forces combined are applied to every single cell in your body, causing each cell to flex over and over again every time you jump, which automatically strengthens your muscles. That’s 75 trillion cells flexing nearly 100 times a minute! Now THAT is a SERIOUS work out.
I can honestly say that I personally have felt the burn. As of today, August 9, 2011, it’s been just over a week since I’ve had my Cellerciser. I am already 100% convinced that this is the best investment I’ve ever made. In fact I was sold after day one when i felt the burn after using it for only two mins lol. The Cellerciser may even be more valuable than my Blendtec, and you all can tell by looking at my raw recipes that I’m passionately in love my Blendtec lol. I’m increasing my flexibility without even stretching. My strength is improving, and my balance is too. I’m directly targeting my fat cells while readjusting, realigning, and toning my entire body from the inside out. Every joint, connecting tissue, all my muscles, and every cell is contracting and releasing, flexing over and over all at the very same time. Can you see the potential for health and healing here? This machine simply allows the body to heal itself.
Think about what I’m doing for my organs, my heart, my liver, the muscles connected to my ears, my eyes, and my brain which is a muscle too. Think of the benefits for my skin- the largest organ in the body. Talk about getting a facelift lol. Every single skin cell is literally doing a push-up every time I bounce lol. The potential power of the cellerciser goes so far beyond my expectations. This is not just about toning my tummy anymore friends lol. This is revolutionary. This is Cellercise.
And can i tell you how much fun this thing is??? SO MUCH FUN LOL it’s just like jumping on a trampoline only its safer and more secure because of the quality design. It feels soooo amazing.
